What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to children (0-14 years old), parents, and families.
Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies (CBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP).
Complete clinical documentation, including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans, using a secure online platform.
Participate in weekly case reviews and team meetings to ensure comprehensive care and ongoing professional development.
Who You Are
A master's-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
Have at least 1+ years of independent clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
Experienced in treating common childhood mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.
Comfortable with technology and excited to integrate digital tools into clinical care.
Must not be opted out of Medicare.
Passionate about providing accessible mental health services and motivated to work in a growing, innovative environment.
Schedule
40 hours per week.
80% of clinical sessions should be scheduled during one or more of the following time frames:
Monday-Friday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM PST
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
This schedule is designed to accommodate children's availability for sessions.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $103,000 - $120,000 per year (W2, full-time), based on your preferred schedule.
Sign-On & Retention Bonus: $2,000 within the first year.
