Job Position: Order Picker

Location: Hardeeville, SC 29927

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday 5am - 3:30pm (Must be able to work some Saturday or Sunday)

Description: Order Picker Associates needed for a successful logistics company in the Hardeeville area. This is a temp-to-hire position with long-term potential for the right candidate. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking orders in a successful and busy logistics warehouse setting.


Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate order picker scanners and equipment
Operate forklift
Pick and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Scan and verify product accuracy using RF equipment
Follow proper safety procedures while working at heights
Complete daily equipment inspections
Maintain clean and organized work area
Meet productivity standards while ensuring accuracy
Stack and wrap pallets properly

Required Qualifications:
Previous order picker equipment experience in a warehouse setting helpful
Reliable transportation required
Comfortable working at heights if necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Physical ability to stand, climb, and lift throughout shift
Basic math skills for order counting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with RF scanning equipment
Previous picking experience in a distribution center
Knowledge of warehouse management systems a plus

Additional Requirements:
Must pass background check
Must pass drug screening
Ability to work safely at elevated heights

Shift: 5am - 1:30pm, Monday - Friday
