Location: Inland Imaging Business Center, Spokane, WA
Schedule: Full-Time, Hybrid Schedule (Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm PST)

Overview

Inland Imaging is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced  Corporate Compliance Officer to lead and manage our compliance programs across multiple healthcare entities. This role ensures adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies, with a focus on healthcare compliance, data privacy, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance with HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, CMS guidelines, and other healthcare regulations.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to meet evolving regulatory standards.
  • Lead SOC 2 Type II certification efforts and integrate controls into broader compliance frameworks.
  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide compliance training and education to staff.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues and breaches.
  • Collaborate with departments including Legal, HR, IT, and Operations.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Prepare reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 7+ years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related fields; healthcare experience required.
  • Certifications: CCEP, CRCM, or similar preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and multi-state regulations
  • Experience with EMR, PACS, RIS, and healthcare IT standards (HL7, DICOM, FHIR)
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and AI governance in healthcare
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, Smartsheet, and compliance software

Additional Requirements

  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
  • Ability to travel between Inland Imaging locations as needed.
  • Attendance and participation in quarterly quality assurance meetings required.
