With more than 25 years in business, Quality Craftsmen is a rapidly growing brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We specialize in custom bath remodels that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free.

We are looking for Brand Ambassadors in the Chattanooga, TN area to join our team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you'll interact with event attendees, discuss our products, and generate sales leads. Compensation includes hourly pay plus bonuses for quality appointments.

Essential Duties

• Attract visitors and staff booths at shows and events
• Promote products and provide basic overviews to attendees
• Book appointments
• Maintain a professional appearance during events
• Ensure booth cleanliness and organization
• Engage passers-by to draw them into the booth
• Explain product features and benefits
• Secure entry forms or in-home sales appointments
• Collect daily leads and report to the Event Coordinator

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation for travel to events
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Availability to work weekends
• Experience in home improvement events is a plus, with a sign-on bonus payable after the first event
