The LMS/KMS Administrator manages the daily operations of the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS) and Knowledge Management System (KMS). This role ensures seamless deployment, configuration, and maintenance of learning and knowledge platforms, while supporting user experience, system integration, and continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise. We’re excited to find an LMS/KMS Administrator who can bring the following types of “energy”: Passion for a simple, seamless user experience Highly skilled in LMS/KMS management, configuration, design, and troubleshooting Familiar with the principles of integration between digital systems Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory Knowledge of basic data security principles Strong ability to gather data and parse it into usable reports Able to translate business needs into blended learning experiences following a digital learning path Passionate for making Global’s LMS/KMS experience a competitive advantage The “Gauges” of Responsibility for this role include: Manage day-to-day operation of LMS/KMS including deployment, user management, and system configuration With K&T Partner, create and maintain learning paths for users across enterprise Ensure linkage between knowledge/document systems Respond to user issues using ticketing system, identify and address patterns in trouble reports Assist with user training build/facilitation as needed Monitor and report on effectiveness and engagement with LMS/KMS Audit LMS/KMS for functionality, maintain required upgrade/bug-fix/security patch schedule Maintain a high level of awareness of LMS new functions Includes knowledge of external systems Recommend improvements to LMS via new features or enhanced configuration options, implement as needed Generate, maintain, and report on testing content Generate, maintain, and report on learning surveys Create events in LMS Manage and look for ways to improve UX Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new learning and knowledge management technologies Fuel for You : Competitive Salaries : We offer competitive salaries and opportunities for growth.
