The SURGERY DEPARTMENT at Chandler Regional Medical Center is a dynamic environment with new technology and multiple operating suites, offering a wide range of patient surgical/procedural experiences. Responsibilities Operate as part of the anesthesia team by assisting the anesthesia provider with quality patient care in the administration and maintenance of general and regional anesthesia. Assessment, monitoring, and education of patients. Maintaining, calibrating and troubleshooting the various equipment used. Stocking and maintaining par levels of all anesthesia supplies and drugs. Qualifications Minimum: One year of experience in the health or patient care related field Successful completion of basic arrhythmia course, IV competency and arterial line insertion competency completed within 6 months of hire Basic computer skills American Heart Association BLS American Heart Association ACLS within 6 months of hire Preferred: Six months experience working in an operating room Benefits & Education Support Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days.
