Overview We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team as a Junior Technical Recruiter. In this role, you\'ll play a vital role in our talent acquisition process, supporting the recruitment of top technical talent for our company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and desires a career path in sales. High performers may transition into a Sales Development role after completing the recruitment program. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical needs Source and identify qualified candidates using various online and offline resources Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates Manage the recruitment process efficiently using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Participate in recruiting events and build relationships within the tech community Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience Strong understanding of the tech industry (a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly organized and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong learning agility and eagerness to develop new skills To Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your interest in both the technical recruitment role and the sales development opportunity.
