What You’ll Do Full cycle recruiting for tech roles across the organization, with a focus on AI software engineering and infrastructure teams Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Managing negotiations and offers Building a diverse pipeline of candidates, including those traditionally excluded from the tech space Helping to maintain and improve an equitable and scalable interview process Providing an exceptional candidate experience, with emphasis on communication and responsiveness Being an active participant in online and in-person communities to build our brand and network Requirements 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter hiring software engineers, including experience in a high-growth tech company Enthusiasm for AI – regular user of new AI technology in work and life Deep commitment to building an inclusive, equitable hiring culture Proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers Bias to action and persistence to move jobs and offers forward Well-connected within the Seattle tech community Respect for scalable processes and a tendency to improve them ATS expertise (Ashby preferred; Greenhouse, Lever, or similar counts) Strong customer service skills with compassion for candidates Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders Voltage Park is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
