System Administrator (AWS): Maintains and operates AWS hosting cloud environment.

Maintains existing security controls and implements new security controls in compliance with NIST 800-53 and other government standards.

Overview: Long-term contract position for a U.S.

government agency supporting several public websites in an AWS cloud.

100% remote but must be located in the U.S.

Position is 1099.

However, there are some benefits which include paid time off and performance bonuses.

Work on your own schedule, with exception of required meetings in U.S.

Eastern Time zone.

Position is part time but there is an option to combine with another PT role, if full or near-full time is desired.
