Job Description
Brandtastic is looking for a new account manager in our office located in Tampa, FL. The position is part time (24 hours). The days would be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This position is fully in person only and the hours are 9am-5pm.
An Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned client accounts across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Business, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Youtube, and all other assigned social media platforms
Create, schedule, and publish monthly content tailored to each client’s brand and strategy
Respond to comments, reviews, and messages on behalf of clients, according to their communication preferences
Set up and manage ad campaigns in meta business, including boosting posts.
Develop and Maintain an in-depth understanding of each client’s business, goals, and content style
Post blogs or new pages to client websites as assigned (Via Wordpress) and incorporate those into social media content.
Create client specific creative graphics in Canva
Attend virtual or in person meetings as needed, which may include internal team discussions or client-facing sessions.
Adapt to additional client-specific needs and tasks as assigned
