Earnings & Pay
Keep up to 92% of linehaul (8% carrier fee during Year 1; 17% thereafter)
Gross $5,000–$15,000+ weekly , depending on lanes, equipment, and performance
24–48 Hour ACH Pay
Quick Pay (3%) available after 7 active days
Fuel Advances
Weekly settlements every Friday
No forced dispatch , ever
Bonuses & Incentives
$500 Sign-On Bonus after 30 active days
$750 Retention Bonus every 120 active days
$100 Clean DOT Bonus per inspection
$250 Referral Bonus when your referral completes 30 active days

Requirements
Own a reliable commercial truck (Power Only, Hotshot, Box Truck, Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed)
Valid CDL-A (if required for equipment type)
Ability to run OTR — no local-only lanes
Good safety and driving record
Professional, dependable, and ready to grow
