Responsibilities :
AZL Transportation LLC, is a Non- Medical Transportation based in Phoenix AZ.
To transport clients who have a Native American AHCCCS insurance to doctors' appointments and medication pick up.
Carry out the transportation responsibilities assigned to the agency and/or program in the Individuals’ Individualized Service Plan. Transport individuals within designated timelines. Adhere to all agency and state driver regulations. Complete all required forms, reports, and documentation. Complete routes to ensure that they are both effective and efficient on a regular basis and as routes change.

Company Description Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
Assist patients with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.
Follow pre-established routes and schedules while adapting to changes as needed.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance activities.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, healthcare providers, and patients to coordinate transportation logistics.
Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service, demonstrating empathy and respect towards all passengers.
Adhere to infection control protocols and other safety measures to minimize health risks for passengers and yourself.
Handle any unexpected situations or emergencies calmly and responsibly, prioritizing the well-being of passengers at all times.
