Lead Generation Coordinator

Thomasville, GA | $15.00 - $20.00 / Hour

A local insurance company is looking for a lead generation coordinator to generate leads for the company by creating advertisements and placing them on different media platforms while monitoring the performance and adjusting the advertisements as needed. This company is well established in the insurance industry and is nationwide. You will be expected to take ownership of your position, completing tasks in a timely manner and treating each customer interaction with care.

Responsibilities

• Create advertisements for one or multiple different media types with the purpose of generating leads for the company
• Place advertisements for different media types
• Work with television sales representatives to negotiate rates. Put together and place buys to run commercials on multiple national TV networks and local TV stations nationwide. Enter TV buy information into excel spreadsheets for monitoring purposes
• Order consumer data for mailing lists
• Put together mailing lists and lead pieces to be sent to the print shop
• Approve final proofs for mailing direct mail
• Enter mail drop data into an excel spreadsheet for monitoring purposes
• Generate Facebook leads in multiple locations nationwide
• Enter individual advertisement information into a google spreadsheet for each location for monitoring purposes
• Place advertisements on search engines to generate website leads
• Track lead returns to monitor the cost and return percentage for one or multiple different media types using excel, google sheets, and/or websites depending on the lead type
• Adjust advertisements as needed to maintain a preset goal cost per lead for one or multiple different media types
• Formulate weekly reports on lead costs and return percentages for one or multiple different media types
• Analyze and record invoices for advertisements before sending to the fiscal department for payment
• Help open direct mail leads when necessary
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Additional duties as requested by the supervisor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• (Preferred) Associate degree or greater
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Work well under pressure and deadlines
• Meet goals sets by supervisors
• Be punctual and be able to work overtime
• Lift and move 20 pounds
• A clean background check and drug screen
• Communicate effectively
• Work well in teams and individually
• Be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly
• Positive and helpful attitude
• Dress business casual
• Work well independently and in groups
• Pay attention to details

Location: Thomasville, Georgia

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $20.00 / Hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
