The opportunity

Our Leadership Development team seeks a dynamic leader for our Coaching Team, focusing on leadership development by empowering individuals to meet increasing leadership challenges with clarity, confidence, and impact.

As the Leader, you will collaborate with stakeholders including Leadership Development Leads, EY Global, other EY US Talent functions, and business leaders to:

  1. Lead a team of coaches serving as a holistic coaching center of excellence;
  2. Develop and maintain a strategic coaching offering, ensuring high impact and quality;
  3. Utilize various coaching modalities such as executive coaching, group coaching, AI-supported coaching, and coaching skills development;
  4. Contribute to EY’s leadership development philosophy and culture as part of the Leadership Development Leadership Team;
  5. Provide coaching to priority Partner populations across the US, including those in leadership development programs;
  6. Gather feedback on coaching impact and client experience, and stay updated on coaching methodologies;
  7. Engage internally and externally as a thought leader in coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 8-10 Executive Coaches as the Leadership Development Coaching COE;
  • Deliver executive coaching to senior leaders and teams, managing approximately 25% of your time;
  • Ensure exceptional coaching experiences, strengthening EY’s coaching brand;
  • Stay informed of coaching trends and apply them at EY;
  • Uphold ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics;
  • Collaborate with the coaching team, share best practices, and support team growth;
  • Build strong relationships with Talent stakeholders to manage coaching demand;
  • Share coaching impact insights with business stakeholders;
  • Prepare and deliver coaching events and materials as needed;
  • Work flexibly, including alternative hours or travel if required;
  • Manage operations, including client pipeline and resource planning;
  • Make strategic sourcing decisions on coaching demand fulfillment;
  • Oversee vendor relationships if leveraging global MSAs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience leading an executive coaching practice;
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years coaching senior executives;
  • ICF PCC credential and advanced coaching education;
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written;
  • Experience coaching virtually in diverse cultural environments;
  • Strong collaboration skills;
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead in an agile environment;
  • Growth mindset and ability to foster a coaching culture;
  • Excellent communication skills for thought leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Accreditation in “The Leadership Circle Profile” for individuals and teams;
  • Certification in “Immunity to Change” approach for individuals and teams.
