LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire an Interim Instructional Designer . This role will play a key part in creating impactful eLearning experiences that drive knowledge, compliance, and engagement within the healthcare space.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Instructional Designer who thrives on transforming complex information into clear, interactive learning modules that keep learners engaged and informed.

Interim Instructional Designer Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze case study content to identify key learning objectives
• Design interactive, scenario-based eLearning modules that foster critical thinking
• Develop engaging content using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 , including quizzes, and knowledge checks
• Enhance learning with visual storytelling, animations, or micro-videos using various tools
• Ensure all modules are accessible, visually appealing, and optimized for LMS delivery
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to refine and finalize content

Interim Instructional Designer Requirements:

• Proven experience developing eLearning content in Storyline 360 (required)
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Ability to balance creativity with technical precision and project timelines
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Healthcare experience a plus, but not required
