We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Eugene, Oregon, on a long-term contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and corporate recruiting while supporting key HR functions.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Handle leave requests and coordinate with employees to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in managing compensation and benefits inquiries to support employee satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Prepare and distribute job postings across various platforms to maximize visibility.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters as needed.• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment.
• Strong abilities in sourcing candidates using various recruitment methods.
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems for efficient recruitment management.
• Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and leave policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other standard office software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
