Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and key insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports that align with company objectives and regulatory standards.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP, to analyze and manage financial data.
• Assist in managing accounts receivable and ensure timely billing processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate financial data for reporting purposes.
• Provide support for budget preparation and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures while maintaining data accuracy.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial processes by identifying areas for optimization.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and precise manner.• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to present data and insights clearly.
• Experience with accounts receivable and billing processes is preferred.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
