Marine Park/Mill Basin/Bergen Beach area. Brooklyn NY
Core Job Description: Welcome and direct our patients as per our office protocol.
Maintain the communication flow between the Doctors, Front Desk and Clinical Staff.
Perform reception and clerical tasks.
Assist in maintaining the tidiness of the office.
To Be Considered:
You must possess a polished and professional appearance and a friendly smile.
You must demonstrate high level organizational skills.
You must speak and write English proficiently and demonstrate strong communication skills.
No dental experience is required,.
Surgical oromaxilofacial assistants welcome.
Knowledge of specialty communication or organizational or project management software welcome. Please list on your resume.
This is a job for a high energy and enthusiastic individual who can combine high level customer care and demonstrate a high level of focus and enjoyment of technology.
The ideal candidate should posses great interpersonal skills and an ability to read people, so that combined with their verbal skills, they can achieve a great experience for our patients. Many patients are fearful and need empathetic attention to make the right decisions. Our main goal is helping our patients achieve life changing,beautiful and healthy smiles! A high level of focus and attention to detail is a must to achieve this goal!
Schedule : We are open Monday to Thursday, Some late nights to 7:30 are required.
