Customer Experience Agent - Healthcare

Location: Houston, TX 77070

Workplace Type: 100% On-site

Contract Type: 6-month contract-to-hire

Pay Range: $22–$24/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for Medicare Advantage members, delivering warm, accurate, and timely support.
• Resolve inquiries related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services.
• Use multiple systems confidently while maintaining a human connection.
• Document interactions and contribute to process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (call center, healthcare, hospitality, etc.).
• Bilingual in Spanish with strong listening and communication skills.
• Resilient, accountable, and comfortable with performance metrics.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant work or internship experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
