Key Responsibilities: Lead and Manage Compliance Programs: Develop, implement, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the compliance program. Risk Management: Complete annual risk assessments and create plans to address key risks, ensuring smooth operation. Collaboration and Leadership: Work with the Compliance Committee, leadership, staff, and external partners to resolve compliance issues. Audit & Monitoring: Conduct audits, ensure proper documentation, and maintain effective monitoring mechanisms. Training and Education: Design, implement, and enhance compliance training programs across all levels. Respond to Compliance Issues: Handle internal and external reports, investigations, and corrective action plans. Ensure that participant rights are always prioritized. Requirements Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field of study. Licensure/Certification: A valid Michigan Registered Nurse license in good standing is preferred. Experience: 3-5 years working in healthcare compliance or in PACE, MA, MA-PD, or PDP programs, with at least one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations. Skills: Strong organizational, decision-making, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
