Location: Various locations across Pennsylvania The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the healthcare practice adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves monitoring compliance efforts, conducting audits, and providing training to staff to promote a culture of compliance. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the organization stays compliant with healthcare laws and regulations. Previous experience in a compliance role within the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
