• Assist customers with plant selection, gardening advice, and product recommendations.
• Water, prune, and care for plants to ensure they are healthy and presentable.
• Unload, organize, and price incoming shipments of plants and garden supplies.
• Assist in creating visually appealing plant arrangements and displays.
• Provide support during special events, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Learn about various plant species, their care requirements, and seasonal gardening tips.
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements Experience: Prior experience in landscaping or related field preferred. Experience with landscape construction techniques, equipment operation, and plant care is desirable. Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, operating machinery, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Knowledge: Basic knowledge of plant identification, soil types, and landscaping principles. Familiarity with hardscaping techniques is advantageous. Communication: Good communication skills to follow instructions, collaborate with team members, and interact with clients professionally. Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Experience towing trailers or operating commercial vehicles is a plus. Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as landscaping certifications or pesticide applicator licenses, is beneficial but not mandatory.
