Salary Range: $88,192.00 - $136,697.60

Hourly Range: $36.73 - $60.93

In this role, you will:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments and procedures while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions effectively.
• Assess patient needs and evaluate their responses to care provided.
• Employ sound nursing judgment to manage patient care effectively.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed and over-the-counter medications as ordered.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel, while maintaining high professional nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• You must be a graduate of a professional academic nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree.
• A current NYS Registered Nurse license is required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care is preferred.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.
• Knowledge of quality concepts and principles, along with the ability to apply problem-solving tools to improve patient care quality, is required.
