Work Shift: Weekend Night (United States of America)

Salary Range: $88,192.00 - $136,697.60

Salary Range: $36.73 - $60.93

Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist!

• Key Responsibilities:
• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments and procedures while documenting care as required by company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and enhance patient care.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs and responses to care.
• Use sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
• Provide both primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications while ensuring a high standard of patient care.
• Collaborate with nursing teams to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Supervise and guide ancillary personnel while promoting professional nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, resulting in a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Current NYS Registered Nurse license is required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained and maintained.
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care is preferred.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.
• Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and the ability to apply them in patient care settings are highly valued.
