The Role: Chief Administrative Officer Reporting to our visionary Service Area Chief Executive (CE), the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) provides leadership, direction, planning, and oversight for our ministry's operational matters. Resource Optimization Leader: Champion initiatives that boost resource management, elevate care quality, enhance safety, and drive stakeholder satisfaction. Financial Guardian: Manage budgeting, staff productivity, key contracts, and operational accountability across select service lines. Relationship Builder: Cultivate robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including caregivers, core leaders, advisory council members, and government officials, to create a cohesive leadership team. What You'll Bring: Educational Background: Master's Degree in Health Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles within acute care hospitals or medical centers, plus 7 years of progressively responsible leadership positions in healthcare. Industry Insight: In-depth understanding of healthcare trends and their implications for operational strategies. Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of hospital operations, patient safety, quality, financial management, and caregiver engagement. Relationship Skills: Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with diverse groups and excellent communication skills. Strategic Problem-Solver: Ability to involve others in key decisions while ensuring timely resolutions.
