Position Summary:  We are seeking dedicated, observant, and team-oriented, professionals to help maintain the safety and security of our campus. As a key member of our school community, you will build strong relationships with our cadets, staff, and families while promoting a culture of accountability, support, and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor school entrances, hallways, parking lots, and campus grounds
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
• Enforce school policies and procedures to ensure a safe learning environment
• Serve as a visible and approachable presence for cadets and staff
• Assist with traffic flow, arrival/dismissal, and campus events
• Collaborate with administrators, counselors, and law enforcement as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Louisiana POST Level 1 Certification required .
• Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and think clearly in high-pressure situations
• Must pass a background check, psychological assessment and any required certifications. All applicants will be fingerprinted
