Client is looking for a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual to support as a contractor, for an assignment as an Agile Coach. Our client is a Seattle based organization. An experienced and dynamic Agile Coach is required. The Agile Coach will play a crucial role in guiding teams through their Agile transformation journey, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices, coupled with excellent coaching and mentoring skills. Key Responsibilities: Agile Transformation Leadership: Lead and support the organization in adopting Agile methodologies. Drive the Agile transformation strategy and ensure alignment with business goals. Collaborate with leadership to create a culture of agility and continuous improvement. Team Coaching and Facilitation: Provide coaching to Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and events, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Support teams in understanding and applying Agile principles and practices. Training and Education: Develop and deliver Agile training programs for teams and individuals. Ensure that team members and stakeholders are educated in Agile principles and practices. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and guide teams in implementing changes. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. Use metrics and feedback to assess the effectiveness of Agile practices and make recommendations for improvement. Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and transparency. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from team members to executive leadership. Advocate for Agile values and principles throughout the organization. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a variety of environments and industries. In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and practical experience in their application. Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt Agile principles to the specific needs of the organization. Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) are desirable. Education and Experience: Bachelor s degree in a related field (Master s degree is a plus). Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile coaching or related roles.
